A native to Bend Oregon, Jon Rumgay, owner and chief window tint, has been successfully installing a wide range of window films for over 20 years. Since then, Jon has been heavily involved in many facets of the window film industry. Starting out as a film installer during his high school days, venturing into a manufactures representative position even instructing auto and flat glass installation class around the US. Oregon Window Tinting has the film contacts and the skills needed to combat a wide range of issues; from heat and glare to privacy and security needs. "It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"
