I selected 4 prospects from Angi's list and sent them brief description of what I wanted. Vitaliy was first to reply and came by the next day to see my project and give me an offer. The other 3 took from 2 days to 5 days to respond and up to 10 days to make offers. I felt most comfortable dealing with Vitaliy . He described and wrote his purposel down. No questions. I considered his cost to be reasonable and I awarded him the job last Monday. He was here yesterday, Friday to perform and that he did. I'm very pleased and impressed with the work he did.
