"We ordered a Covana SwimSpa cover back in July or August of 2021. They finally received the product from the manufacturer in March of this year. When the installation team came to put it all together they realized that the person who had placed the order with the manufacturer had missed the fact that the cover was slightly too large to make a proper seal. The installation guys, who were great by the way, said they would work with All Spa to get is sorted out (new parts to make it work). Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."

Quinton arrived to the job exactly when they said they would, and the job took exactly as long as they told me it would (3-4 hours). All of the surrounding surfaces were taped off very well and I appreciated that he explained everything I would need to know for after care. The tub looks great and I'm excited to put some new hardware on it to finish the transformation. Very affordable upgrade if you arent looking to tear up your bathroom."

Bathtub refinishing refers to the entire process of resurfacing a bathtub. Reglazing is one step in the bathtub refinishing process. Of the two most common and affordable bathtub materials, acrylic is notably better. Though fiberglass is cheaper, it is also more prone to scratching, chipping, fading, and cracking. Acrylic holds up better to wear and tear, cleaning, and sun exposure; the slight cost increase is usually worth the increased longevity.

The cost of installing a new bathtub is considerably more expensive than refinishing an existing one, so if you’re looking to upgrade your tub on a budget, you might be better off refinishing it for now. Additionally, if your tub has only minor damage, refinishing it will make it look new again without the extra demolition and time.
