They are just really overpriced.  They nickel and dime you for every little thing but my cat is alive.  I have already switched vets.

Always very convenient and very professional. I have no doubt that they provide quality care. I do find the fees to be obscene.

They are fairly priced. It has been a very good experience. I have been very pleased with them. They treat my cat well. They are very kind. I have recommended them to another friend that has got a dog and they have been pleased with their service too. I would use them again.

Although I have a regular veterinarian, my older dog has had some issues with tumors and arthritis that I felt warranted a second opinion (as I would do for myself). I asked several pet owners who they recommended and consulted Angies List to find someone. I visited the clinic without my dog to check it out and the staff at the counter were very helpful and friendly. So I made an appointment to see a particular vet. At the appointment I was very pleased with the vet's patience with my dog who hates going to the doctor. She got on the floor with him and talked to me while he got used to her. Then she proceeded to pet him and, in the process, was able to take a look at some of the areas of concern. She gave me options to consider and we discussed costs and benefits. I decided to go ahead with the X-rays and was told to come back in an hour. The vet said they preferred to have time to work with the animal and try to get the job done without sedation if at all possible. When I returned, I fully expected that they would have sedated my dog but, much to my surprise, they were able to get him to cooperate without drugging him. The vet then went over the X-rays with me and the options for treatment. About 24 hours later, the office called to ask how my dog was doing and if I had any more questions. Based on this experience, I will probably switch to this clinic for future care for my dog. From first impression to treatment and follow up, the people at this clinic are professional, friendly and caring and truly care about the pets and the pet owners.

Do call around to compare prices for wellness visits.
Do go to this clinic for emergencies.

On time for our appointment, professional and approachable - we know our cat received good care as he has at all of his Five Corners appointments (mostly emergency) but what we've come to realize is that we need to shop around as the price for this exam feels high. With the three vaccines ($55.00), special food ($15), joint supplement ($30 for 30 days) and a fine need aspirate of a fatty tissue ($38) our overall bill was $500. Ouch!

They diagnosed dehydration and X-rayed to discover a tumor around his kidney. They treated him with intravenous fluids and vitamins to restore his appetite, and steroids to reduce the tumor. In a few days, he was doing much better, was eating normally and is regaining lost weight. They called us on two occasions to follow up on his progress.

I had an initial consultation with the veterinarian where he explained the procedures in detail. He even warned that there would be extensive shaving around the surgical site. He did an estimate showing the minimum fee and explained how the price could change if things didn't go exactly as planned. I had to wait about six weeks before having the surgery. When I took my dog in, the technician who checked her in stated that the original veterinarian had underestimated the charges and that the minimum would be over $100 more; they had also removed the original quote from my file. When I objected, they agreed to check with the original veterinarian before starting the surgery. Fortunately, they honored his original quote, the surgery was without incident, and I feel I received a good value for the services.

Two weeks later I needed to take the dog in for a re-check. I had originally been told this would just be a brief examination of the incisions by a vet tech. I had scheduled an appointment for 11 a.m., but called them to let them know I was running late and offered to reschedule. They said they would move my appointment to 11:30, which I was able to make. When I arrived, I was informed that there would be a delay, and that the person who had rescheduled me thought it was for something else. They couldn't tell me how long the wait would be, and I didn't seem to care that there had been a mistake made in scheduling me for that time. However, after a brief wait, a technician came to take my dog back to be examined and I was out the door five minutes later.

My primary concern was for quality veterinary care, with which I was very satisfied. I was, however, a bit disappointed by the office/business aspect. First, the suggestion that the original quote was understated and said quote being removed from my file smacked of bait-and-switch. Secondly, I was rather put off by the apparent lack of concern by the scheduling mix-up. While they did make good on both issues, it blemished what would have been an otherwise outstanding experience.

Everything was explained to me....including options! I had to come in daily for bandage changes because he almost lost his leg and they worked with me all the way. One of the staff even offered to pick him up from my home for the bandage change because I was going in for surgery! They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I don't think I could ask for a better hospital to take my baby to.

When I came in, my cat was prioritized and they took great care of him. Dr. Chauvin went over all the ramifications of his injuries with me. He was released to me as soon as was medically acceptable, and he is now home finishing his recuperation. They are more expensive than your average corner vet, but the level of care they provide is elite, so that is justified. When I lived in Redmond I went to some basic vets whose charges were very high, I believe just because they were in Bellevue and Redmond. I found out Dr. Chauvin completed an additional residency in Emergency Veterinary Medicine, so in his case, you're getting what you pay for. Some people get mad they have to pay before they leave, if their pet's condition is dire (as in might not pull through). But I've heard about veterinary clinics going all out to save a very sick animal, and having the owner just walk away from the bill if the animal doesn't make it. So, I'm now going to follow through on my own rule, which is GET PET INSURANCE!

Five Corners has been our 24 hour emergency Veterinary Hospital for many years. Over that time we brought our injured and ill pets to them for crisis treatment. The doctors and staff are all top performers, and the price has always been fair or better (we have no price records available). There's no one in the area we'd trust more.

I was told by my regular vet clinic my dog had a torn ACL that required surgery. Of all the clinics I called for estimates, this clinic had the best price. I did have a couple of questions and Dr. Cuthbert called me to discuss them. He is the only doctor that took the time to answer all of my inquiries. When I took my dog in, it turns out it was not his knee, but his hip that was injured. Dr. Cuthbert was absolutely wonderful with him and sat on the floor to do the exam since this made my dog more comfortable!! It turns out this surgery was less than ACL surgery. I would recommend this clinic, and Dr. Cuthbert, to anyone that needs care for their pet. He is very patient and will answer any questions you may have. He will also treat your pet as his own.

All of the veterinarians we have dealt with took care of our dogs and when they had intestinal issues, were able to take lab tests and send it out to find they had be poisoned by eating a plant in our yard. They identified the plant and we pulled it out of our yard. We have also taken in injured neighborhood animals that had been hit by cars, and in one instance attacked by a dog, and they treated them, without charging us if they had to euthanize. I found their service fantastic, but you have to pay for a service that is also a 24 hour emergency service. Due to expense, we regretfully have to use them for emergency only, but they are a great veterinary hospital.

They have 24 hour emergency service if you need them. Their staff is skilled at handling pets in a kind and caring way. They also print out when your vaccinations are due on your receipts so you know when to take your pet in.

I really like the fact that we did not have to wait too long to be seen but after the surgery was complete, the vet still didn't know what the problem was with our dog. Everything turned out fine as dog recovered fine from surgery, but I just felt that it was not a good experience due to the bill. The bill was quite high. I just don't think we will be returning.

We were referred here by regular vet for our diabetic dog to undergo a 24-hour glucose test due behavior changes (lethargy, lack of interest in food, unable to get out for bathroom breaks quickly enough). Her other chronic conditions: blind with detached retinas, ear and gum infections, and some joint swelling around a recent broken leg were also present. The vet lowered the insulin dose in an attempt to regulate glucose levels and our dog came home. Her health continued to decline and she was brought back to Five Corners for a follow-up glucose test. Her levels were unable to be controlled and we made the decision to put her to sleep. The staff at Five Corners was highly capable and caring. They did all they could. I felt that they put our dog's health and quality of life before the issue of how they were going to get paid. The euthanasia procedure and cremation details were handled with sensitivity. This is the best 24-hour vet we've been to.

Compassionate emergency service for my pet. They are busy, we waited three hours for the doctor to finalize the process, but it gave us time to say goodbye. They are 24 hours emergency facility, hard to find that such places are few; with very kind and understanding doctors and staff. If I had to go there again, I would. I was given good choices to make decisions on. After this experience, I told my neighbor when his pet was hit by a car.

OVER THE PHONE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE AN INITIAL $82 FOR COMING IN. THE FORM YOU READ WHEN YOU GO IN SAYS INITIAL FEE MIGHT BE $350. THEY SAID THEY COULD CHECK HIS BLOOD, BUT THAT WOULD BE $150, OR WE COULD JUST GIVE HIM THE ANTIDOTE PILLS. SO THEY GAVE US 2 WEEKS WORTH OF PILLS, THOUGH THEY COULDN'T ACTUALLY FIND ANY SYMPTOMS OF POISONING. A FULL COURSE OF TREATMENT IS 6 WEEKS OF PILLS. OF COURSE THEY WANT US TO COME IN EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS AT ANOTHER $140 BUCKS A SHOT.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE CONVENIENT AND HAVE EARLY AND LATE APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS FOR EMERGENCIES. THEY WILL ALSO DO FULL SERVICES WHEN NEEDED, OR JUST A SHORT OFFICE VISIT FOR A SHOT OR FLEA MEDICINE IF THE ANIMAL HAS BEEN IN THE OFFICE RECENTLY.
