"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

The warranty holder pays a $60 service fee for each visit. I had paid for about three months but did not require their services until my GE Triton dishwasher broke down. AHS promptly contacted a service contractor, Appliance Builders Wholesalers Service Division in Silver Spring, Maryland, where I live. The service was performed efficiently and quickly and I was responsible for only the $60 co-pay even though a repair was required and a touch panel had to be replaced.
