"Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. We accepted this bid and began to move forward with this project. As with any construction project, we ran into unexpected situations. I could not have picked a better partner to handle all of these situations. He maintained focus on finding solutions, worked magic to make things happen that we wanted and came up with additional creative ideas when we couldn’t. The sales person Phil McDodson, made an agreement to stay with the project through to the permit but walked away as soon as the county required additional information. At that point Janae Spinney stepped in and would not quit on me until that promise was complete. A special thanks to Joseph and Caleb for getting us through to the end. Every engineer and staff member with TVP was polite, knowledgeable and saw the job through. It was just approved January, 2025. Great company and I appreciate all you did for us!"
