Initial architectural-style roof-only pricing among all four bidders was close, but Synergy was able to not only sheet and install the roof, but also replace the gutters, replace two skylights and install a new Solartube at a much more aggressive price and start work within days of the bid. The team worked hard to have it all finished within three long days plus half of day four. Each evening Nathan was onsite supervising a very thorough cleanup. All last minute details were resolved quickly and we are very pleased with the roof, Sabel, Nathan and the Synergy team. (Tip: If you are replacing cedar shakes, put down tarps or plastic in your attic to catch debris.)"

"We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.

It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom. I am still using them and I would be using them for the next thing that will be coming up too."
