"Bill and his crew were wonderful to work with. Friendly, conscientious and trustworthy. He took are vision and made it happen. Used his vision and took our vision and blended it perfectly! Most definitely recommend, we will use him for any future work."

"Good work, fast work. But very expensive. But then, I did not compare much so maybe others are just as expensive. Explanation of work a bit fast for me to realize the consequences of certain work."

"We highly recommend Berper Construction LLC. We listed our project on Angi and literally 5 minutes later we received a call from Gerardo to set up an appointment to look at and give us an estimate. He came over that same day and sent us a bid the very next day. We accepted him and his team to do the work and just over a week later once we got our funds together, they began working on our project and were finished in 2 days! He was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and sent us pictures from Home Depot of different items we needed for the job and let us pick out exactly what we wanted. Always on time, very kind, and honest which is much appreciated. Gerardo made sure that he did the job exactly how we wanted and never did anything without getting our approval first. We love our 9x9 pergola over our hot tub, thank you Gerardo, Edwin, and the rest of your team! We will definitely call again for other projects in the future! :)"

"McDowell Construction did a wrap around patio for me that looks amazing!"

"Very well, he got everything and did it in a good matter of time."

"I would highly recommend this contractor because he was on time in my budget and did an excellent job."

"Chris was referred to me from a friend who he done work for. We were under tight time frame to get facia repaired from Home inspection to close sale on the house. Chris went to the house sent pictures of work needed to be done and provided a quote that evening that was lower than 2 others. Did the work on Labor day ,9/4/23 in one day and did the job correctly, replacing sheet of plywood and new roofing plus facia, trim and painting. Sent me pictures of final work. We live on Eugene, OR and rental was in North Bend. Chris was great to work with, would highly recommend him."

"Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. HUGE thank you to this company and their skill, professionalism, and positive attitudes."
