Representative, Josh, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He inspected the inside and perimeter of the house with me, provided an estimate, and performed the treatment on the same day. Three days later, and the treatment seems to be working.

These people (Brian and Kevin in particular) went the extra mile to ensure that my crawl space, attic, and house were completely tight/protected against rodents and other pests, even correcting something that should have been addressed by the roofers. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Brian was particularly knowledgeable as a result of his construction background--a positive nod to Good Earth's hiring practices. The fellows who have come by to inspect and spray have done their work quickly and professionally. It has been a relief to know that the issue of rodents and destructive pests are being excluded and then effectively addressed for this year.

Ben Kesecker and his assistant arrived promptly at 8 a.m. ready to perform the above mentioned items.  They spent many hours working on the house and garage, and laying out traps in my crawl space and around the perimeter of the house..  They went way beyond the call of duty, as I had had a skunk spray near my front door, and the smell permeated my entry way and living room.  They made sure that there was no way the skunk could have gotten into my crawl space, and gave me good suggestions for airing out the house and getting rid of the smell. 
They were very meticulous in their work and even fixed a few things not on the original work order.  They will come back every few days to monitor the traps that were put out so I don't have to deal with them. 
They will be following up every other month on a separate rodent and pest control contract that I have signed up for.  I feel very confident that they will be equally as responsive with this maintenance contract.

They are professional, courteous and efficient.  They actually got the job done the first time.  I am happy that we ended up going with them.  Their price is a little on the high side but it is obviously worth it.

No issues.  Arrived, asked if we had any problems, applied the treatment and left.  Had a Carpenter Ant problem.  No sign of any since I contracted with these folks.

I have used this service for a number of years on a regular bi-monthly basis and have always had excellent service. The provider who arrives is always pleasant and professional. If I'm home, he asks questions about having any problems with pest around the home before proceeding to undertake his work. During times when I do encounter problems with pests (ants, bees, rats), a call to their office produces an immediate response to take care of the issue. Issues are solved with one visit, and I pay no charge for this service, aside from my usual bi-monthly service. I would recommend their service to anyone!

The receptionist who answered the telephone call was friendly and knowledgeable, and she scheduled an appointment quickly. They sent a confirmation email that included a photo of the technician who would be coming to our home. She told us what the cost would be on the phone. The tech was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained how he could remedy the situation, but also told us that the bees would go away on their own when the weather cooled off. Since the nest was 10 feet from our front door, we wanted the bees gone ASAP. He took about 10 minutes, and indicated that the bees would be gone within a day or two. They were. We were able to pay with a credit card on the spot. He provided information about their ongoing maintenance services, but was not pushy about it. We were very satisfied with the services.

I can't say much about the price, since we did not get other bids and have not used pest control services in the past.

The gentlemen were very professional, explained the source of the problem, how it would go without treatment, what treatment would do, the cost and the time to a livable solution. We were delighted to have no ant problem with one or two days as their traps seemed to do the trick. They followed up a couple weeks later to see how our problem was and reminded us that we can call whenever we have problems or concerns. We're now on a 3-month maintenance schedule. This is the first time in probably 2 years that we're not seeing large numbers of ants. We've seen fewer than a half-dozen individuals in the 3 weeks since the first visit. We're very happy.

After about 3 days there were no more ants running all over the place and just a few at the traps. Very satisfied.

I think some might be put off by the price but considering the job they did it was money well spent.
