We have used Ted's service before, and as always, he did a wonderful, professional job.  We would definitely recommend his service and appreciate the results he achieves in de-bugging our home. :-)

After very disappointing experiences with big name/national companies, I called this locally owned and operated establishment both to get rid of spiders/ants outside and a rodent gnawing at the floorboards under my bedroom.  This local operation involves husband, wife, son and mother-in-law.  My only regret was that I had to wait a week and a half to get the work done because they were busy. 
They came when they said, did very professional work, including making sure I was in the house before spraying outside, baited underneath and told me what else to get done to avoid more rodents under the house.  They also gave me other tips regarding my specific property.   In addition, there is a 10% senior discount. 
It is now three months later and there has been no recurrence of the rodent gnawing problem.  I will definitely use them again. 

We were satisfied with them. We liked the people. Again, it is like a small family organization. As far as the trees, they were treated several times and things improved. They were recommended by someone else, and the pricing was reasonable. It was one of the reasons that we went to them. Their quality of service was good. We would use them again in the future.
