I work mostly with real estate agents when a home inspection report has items that will need to be corrected before sale of home. I replace foundations on existing homes with a concrete foundation. I have been in business for 16 years. I do all other types of construction and will take on jobs small and large.

He efficiently ascertained the situation and laid out his proposed game plan in very easy to understand words and terms . No scare tactics, no "the sky is falling" maneuvers.
