After we agreed to the price of the estimate, they said they would come out one day (Thursday) and do the cleaning, then return the next day to do the repairs. They came out Thursday as promised. They left us with a bill for over $1,000, but never returned to finish the job and now we can't get a hold of them.

TJ showed up on time to give us an estimate.  Material was ordered and installed on time.  Everyone showed up on time.  The property was cleaned up after the installation.  And everyone was polite and friendly.  Very good experience.

I was pleased with their work. I had already torn the old gutters down so  that I could repair the facia in a couple of places and paint the facia before the new gutters went up.  Since they had a clear surface, they were able to get the gutters finished in one day.

He and his helper were prompt, in fact early, and did the job above and beyond expectations. They noted that a new downspout would help in one area where one was not in use and we had to agree. Things just tended to pile up in the gutter otherwise. They did the job well, flushing out the gutters, making recommendations, and doing a thorough job.

Last spring we hired this company and were very impressed with their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. They bid repairs and replacement of some problem areas on our home, and did the work in a timely fashion. The work was high quality and they solved a lot of draining issues we'd been having. Some of the replacement/repairs were complex because of roof angles, etc.
However, when we contacted them about gutters for our barn...they scheduled an appointment and never showed up.I waited two hours for them and phoned numerous times while waiting. Even though I have called them twice a week for the last 8 weeks, leaving repeated messages, I've gotten no response.
I did notice their business is listed for sale on Craigslist and maybe that is why their service has deteriorated?

Paul and his crew did an excellent job. They were very professional and competent. When the job was complete, they removed all debris. They came when they said they would and finished the job on schedule even though we had other contractors working at the house at the same time. We highly recommend this company for gutter installation or repair.

These guys are really good. Everything from the estimate to the finish product. Our house has a daylight basement so part of the house is two stories. They handled the job without any problems. Added a new downspout in one area that really improved the overall performance. The quality of the materials they use is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Paul from Gutt R Done cleaned gutters in our multi-level two-story house and did several repairs. One section of gutter had been repaired by another contractor (at least twice, maybe three times) in the 12 years since we re-roofed, and it always leaked. Paul fixed this and another couple of leaky sections. He also fixed a couple of downspouts and recommended installing a rain barrel and diverter to direct rainwater away from our foundation.
I waited to write this review until it rained, to see how repairs held up when actually needed. The repaired sections have not leaked at all during our last two rainstorms.
This is a very professional vendor--they are punctual and do good quality work and clean-up thoroughly afterwards. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done.

They didn't return my phone calls. After I got a hold of them they did a really good job.

I had looked on Angie's list and talked to my neighbor who had just got some work done by Gutt-R-Done. I walked over to where the team was working on my neighbors house. I asked for a bid to install flashing and fix leaking coming from corner downspouts. Paul walked with me to my house and saw the damage done by the lack of flashing . He gave me a reasonable fair bid and after thinking it over I called him to make the repairs. He was polite and told me he could fix my house within a week. In less than a week the gutt-r-done team came back to my house and fixed everything within six hours. They even cut a tree limb off for me. I felt I was listened to. during all stages of the repair job. My friend who understands more about repairs came over and told me they were doing a great job not taking short cuts. I would recommend the work by gutt-r-done to all. They did not try to push me to get new gutters or get unnecessary repairs. Wonderful fair work.

Contact and phone responsiveness was really very good. they came on time and asked to come early because of a problem with another job. i came home part-way through the three day job and one very long gutter on the most visible side of the house was up in spite of being damaged in the middle. I spoke with the crew's boss that night, and when i checked the next day, the damaged section had been replaced with a nice new part. they left a little early on the last day, leaving an incredible amount of scrap, gutter spikes and screws and other debris behind them. i called the boss again. He apologized and promised to have the crew back to clean up at 0800 in the morning. They cleaned up exactly what I'd mentioned, but left lots of other debris laying in the flower beds and driveway. I called again and the owners came themselves and cleaned up after their crew. I wish i hadn't had to make the two phone calls, but the end result is great gutters and a reasonable cleanup.
