Our nearly 100 year old deteriorating brick chimney was leaking water into the interior of the house and had to be repaired. Vasiliy came highly recommended to me by one of the best contractors in Portland, and I called upon him to fix it. The chimney was red brick, but Vasiliy suggested a lighter, golden color brick as it was more economical. Since our house is yellow, the golden color looked even better than red brick would have, and I saved money. The chimney is beautiful, and the repair/rebuild was so well done that Ithink it will last another 100 years,"

We do cater to Senior Citizens and strive to take extra time and effort in working for seniors while taking limited income into consideration and offering whatever discounts we can. We currently have 8 full time employees and seem to be expanding while keeping busy in our local economy. Our business office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. We do offer free estimates for projects big and small.

No, stucco siding tends to be more expensive than vinyl siding. While the materials for stucco are less costly, the labor-intensive application process increases the total project budget. If you're comparing stucco versus vinyl siding based on cost alone, vinyl siding would be the winner there. In terms of longevity, on the other hand, stucco lasts for around 50 years, 10 to 30 years longer than vinyl siding, making it a better long-term investment.

One upside to stucco siding is that it can last for 50 to 80 years, and it’s reasonably low maintenance during that lifespan. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.

Fiber cement siding is one of the lowest-maintenance options. The material’s formula is resistant to insect activities, moisture, and most physical impacts. Vinyl and aluminium siding is also fairly easy to upkeep. All these low-maintenance options only require basic surface cleaning, caulking, and regular gutter maintenance to prevent water dams from forming.
