"Eric R and Brandon F did a fantastic job. They took the time to show me what I needed. Thier attention to detail and explaining everything to me with pictures as proof was very nice. They had good suggestions on working on the roof instead of the siding as the roof was much worse."

Customers say: Quick response

"Carlos and his team delivered meticulous, high quality work for me on a complicated stucco repair/replace project. They always showed up when they said they would, discussed each step of the repair so I understood exactly what was being done and why, and delivered an excellent result, beautiful and water tight! Their attention to detail and great work ethic were greatly appreciated. Their pricing was fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and am happy to recommend them without reservation."

"Gina is a very talented designer, as well a very qualified contractor. She has worked for my company on a number of projecte over the years as a designer and as a apprentice working on getting her contractor license. Our only regret is shr got married and moved to the great northwest. She is very quality oriented, and schedule minded. I would recommend her on any project she is awarded. Bob G."

"John was done quickly and did a great job.

This is the 5th or 6th time we have used John in the past three years.   He has done projects small and large for us, the largest being construction of an enclosed "cattery" so our cats have a safe place to go outside the house.  This project required good imagination as well as technical skills.  We've been very pleased with all the work that John has done and would highly recommend him for any around-the-house projects."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Tools include trowels, floats, and patching compounds. Professionals use these for precise and durable repairs.

Solid, unpainted stucco shouldn’t suffer damage from dots of glue used for this task. If the stucco is dirty, you may notice slight marks when you heat and peel the glue away, but these aren’t permanent.

However, not all stucco walls are solid stucco. Some are “faux” stucco with a foam backing. This kind of stucco veneer is more susceptible to damage, including damage from hot glue. We don’t suggest attaching anything to these kinds of stucco walls, so make sure you check the stucco type before starting this project.

You should aim to let stucco dry for at least 48 hours before it rains. While misting new stucco and keeping it moderately moist is important for strength and longevity, uncontrolled exposure to rain can lead to weak stucco that doesn’t bond properly. Rain can also affect the stucco finish and the color unevenly, leaving you with less appealing siding.

The average cost to repair stucco is about $1,600, with projects ranging from $250 for minor fixes to $6,700 for extensive work. The price is often calculated per square foot, typically costing between $60 and $120. Some professionals may charge an hourly rate of $40 to $50. The final cost depends on the extent of the damage, the type of stucco, your home's location, and whether there is underlying damage that also needs to be addressed.

Costs for specific repairs vary:

  • Cracks: $8–$20 per square foot

  • Holes: $250–$450 per hole

  • Water damage: $30–$50 per square foot

  • Chimney repair: $60–$120 per square foot

  • Recoating: $4–$5 per square foot

While you may be able to patch small cracks yourself, it is recommended to call a professional for major repairs to ensure the job is done correctly.

Yes, most services include matching the replacement pieces to the existing flooring. Confirm with your contractor.
