The guy's workmanship was shoddy. Not only did he cause my floors to buckle, he left the floor threshold incomplete--something that Rod pointed out to me. Rod's aesthetic sense was also evident when he remodeling my bathroom. He suggested that the windows could really use some design treatment, which would highlight my small bathroom. So I took his suggestion and he crafted a ledge and frame out of the same color wood as the floors, and indeed he made the window the centerpiece of the room!
