"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

The guy's workmanship was shoddy. Not only did he cause my floors to buckle, he left the floor threshold incomplete--something that Rod pointed out to me. The floors lay perfectly flat and the wood planks were chosen carefully so that the pattern of the wood grain looks aesthetically pleasing. Rod's aesthetic sense was also evident when he remodeling my bathroom. He suggested that the windows could really use some design treatment, which would highlight my small bathroom. So I took his suggestion and he crafted a ledge and frame out of the same color wood as the floors, and indeed he made the window the centerpiece of the room!
