I signed the line for a completely new heat pump/air handler/thermostat package. Everyone from the sales estimator to the installers to the service technicians were very motivated to do their best. It was not “plug and play” however - the new system needed multiple service techs to even get the system fired up and working. Multiple problems coming from mistakes either from the factory product or the installers did not bode well for my ten Grand purchase! I will say that all issues were resolved promptly and now the system is working fine. Again, Everone at Advantage was committed to make my experience a good one."
