"I would like to thank John for his outstanding customer service. He was the first to respond to my issue with our gas dryer. Once I explained the issue with the install, he assured me that it would be fixable. John called after his last job of the day and came to the rescue. He repaired the install and was more than courteous, and knowledgeable about the process. He was done in under an hour. Unfortunately, we the homeowners must have moved the flange in the floor to the gas connection, The next morning we woke to the smell of gas. I called NW Natural Gas they came out and inspected the issue. I then called John to see if he could help us again. If he could not do the job then would he recommend someone that could. At 7:35 am he answered his phone and would give me a call back to work us into his schedule. By 9 am he was headed to our home.
