"Garage door was sticking because of driveway sealer was on the garage door rubber which caused the door to stick to the cement. When opening the door it would jerk because of the sealer. Woodward used an oil lubricant and cleaned the rubber and cement Door worked fine but after a few days the door was sticking again. I called Woodward. The person I talked with said she would leave a message for someone to call me back. Never received a call back. Very disappointing. I cleaned the rubber with paint thinner and so far door works fine"

Part water geek part doctor he seemed genuinely interested in helping us end our water troubles, such as the orange gooey scourge that had been plaguing our system and preventing us from comfortably enjoying a shower or a simple drink. His diagnosis was spot on and we now have amazing water and being a rural property, this is important because finding competent service people let alone ones that want a long term relationship is difficult for most but as a rural home it is compounded in that most don't wish to go beyond the initial visit. On install day, Dave and Ryan came. They were again prompt, thorough and clear on what they were going to do offering to answer any questions. They were methodical and courteous. We needed a large stainless steel holding tank filled with standing water emptied in our pump house, and though the pipe burst on Ryan showering him and the pump house with goodness knows what it was done. So that we could finally drink our water we had a reverse osmosis system installed and it by far is worth every dime because we now have the best drinking water and can stop buying bottled. The savings is huge. Our water to our fridge proved another challenge when it wouldn't work after it was connected. Dave troubleshot it as best he could but the brand was not one he was familiar with and I couldn't find the manual to assist so the decision was made to call/email in a couple of days to see if it cleared up it didn't. Now it should be noted that Ecowater chose to forgo installing the manufacturers filter parts for their own which in the end became the reason it didn't work but no worries, they fixed it! I emailed Aaron the manual downloaded from the manufacturers site and he and Dave combed it for answers even phoning French Canadian Customer Service on our behalf - now I ask what company does this? Ecowater could teach other companies about what great customer service and support looks like because they are and quot;itand quot;. A few days later, Aaron and Dave emailed us to come out with a solution to our problem. We scheduled a visit and poof! done the original equipment was installed and we now have perfect water at our fridge and ice too! Finally, Aaron gave us a free product to clean our water ring stains - it worked beautifully for sinks and shower areas. We can't thank Ecowater enough!! Great folks!

"Just hired this crew to address a series of plumbing issues. Crawl space water. Sump pump. Clogged drains. Leaking faucets. They came right away. Did inspection. Checked all the faucets. Cleaned out the drains in four bathrooms, installed the sump, and fixed a couple of leaky faucets. A long day for them but they did it quickly and with professionalism. This is a small shop, not a robo plumber group. You get the owner and his two co workers. These guys have have a lot of experience between them - from younger plumber to plumber that has been working since the early 1980s. They work great as a team. Their low overhead means you are paying for plumbers to do their job.... not a call center or advertisement section. Totally would hire them again."

My water heater was working fine, but it was about 20 years old so I wanted to replace it so as not to have to do it in a rush situation. I also wanted a shut-off valve installed on the main water line in my cellar, and a have valve added so I can drain my water lines. Jim offered some good suggestions for how to install the valves, and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. The following week, David showed up to do the plumbing.
