"Tim, the owner, was late from the time that he said he would start our job, but what I really appreciate about him is that he called us and kept us informed as to when he would be at our house. He was professional, he used his experience to come up with the best and most cost effective method to repair our deck. I have already talked to Tim about doing other repairs around our home.
