Before hired I was given detailed floor plan and presented with creative ideas. Job was completed with very impressive results. Professional workmanship shows in final result. Shawn worked every day until job was done. Giving updates on work each day. Have already booked next project with Shawn being exceptionally pleased with is work. Highly recommend.

Shawn is best described as a craftsman. If I had to choose one word to describe the work that he did for us it would be meticulous. He is organized, and extremely easy to work with and I would strongly recommend him.

The drop down for the project did not give an option for the work that was done. Shawn built an amazing carport for me! Everything is SSOOOO expensive these days, I got three bids and Shawn’s was the least expensive. With limited funds I chose him for the price but also after talking with him I was very comfortable that he would do a solid and attractive structure for me. And wrapped some of the posts in cedar beautifully. He did not disappoint! Shawn is a skilled contractor, open to ideas, considerate of the property and the neighbors. I highly recommend him!

Yes! COBB Construction did a beautiful job! Showed up when he said he would be there, cleaned up every day. Did a beautiful job! Then he built my back fence with Redwood I had milled a couple of years ago for this project. This was an outstanding job! He appreciated the redwood and made every board look beautiful, sealed the bottom of each board, it is a masterpiece! Thank you Shawn Cobb Construction!

This deck turned out amazing! Shawn is a super talented carpenter and has passion for his work. He is easy to work with and did everything he promised. Highly reccomend him if you need high quality work in a timely fashion. Professionalism at its best!

Shawn was amazing in a disability remodel for my mother. I had little time to bring my mom home from the nursing home and no idea what I needed. He helped me with everything, hauled the equipment and installed everything. He also helped me learn to use it for mom days before she came home. He is kind and compassionate and puts the client first. He also used to be a physical therapist which was wonderful and really helped. He put in a wheelchair ramp, a bar to help mom stand, shower bars and transfer poles. He also did a walk in shower. He was very reasonable on price. His son, also a contractor, Ty Cobb came out and helped me several times during emergencies with downed trees and water line leaks. Can't say enough great things about Shawn and his son.

Beautiful work. Removed concrete patio and replaced the concrete patio to be ADA compliant. Professional, fast, and stayed within budget. I highly recommend Shawn for any project you have.
