Our nearly 100 year old deteriorating brick chimney was leaking water into the interior of the house and had to be repaired. The chimney was red brick, but Vasiliy suggested a lighter, golden color brick as it was more economical. Since our house is yellow, the golden color looked even better than red brick would have, and I saved money.
