She helped us to define and then refine the vision were trying to create in our new kitchen. The Scope of work included removing the existing countertop and backsplash. From there they removed and replaced the cabinet doors. After an amazingly through prep process, they painted the cabinets better then new. They installed all new Quartz countertops, along with an incredible backsplash. To complete the project they installed the new appliances and under mount sink. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked long days to insure the project moved forward in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a professional and timely manner as well. I recommend Pdx Custom Woodwork very highly and will use them again on future projects
- Pro-Tech Construction LLCIt went well even after the materials for our walk-in shower kit arrived late from Home Depot. Pro-Tech construction was very patient and knowledgeable during the whole process, was glad they advised us to change a couple things from our original plan because it will last a lot longer in the long term. They were also very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. The whole job included ripping out our bathtub, fixing some rotten lumber underneath and around the walls of the tub, adding several studs that were missing on the surrounding walls, tiling those walls, installing the shower pan and fixtures, shower doors, grab bars, and painting the bathroom afterwards. It looks great and works better for my disabled mom and is much safer now. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech construction and they are reasonably priced and super professional. Thank you again
- Re-Bath of PortlandThis was my second Re-bath bathroom remodel. I will start with Lyndsay the design consultant. She was knowledgeable and brave, She ventured into my gnarly bathroom and made measurements and suggestions that were spot on. Being that this was second bathroom remodel I requested my former lead installer Joe to be lead on this job as well. (Joe displayed uncommon care and dedication to my home and the profession, he stayed late well after working hours to complete my first project) Joe was recently promoted and unable to my install. Chris and Luis Drew were my demo and installers. These two gentlemen were in keeping with my first experience as they treated my home and project like it was of a relative or good friend. They worked long hours on the first day to ensure a timely finish on day two in case of problems. (They also had a better jokes than Joe) Max was my backsplash installer and he arrived early and was most accommodating to some last minute finish details. I am again so happy I decided to stick with Rebath for my Corvallis home

"I needed a new roof nearly two years ago and checked with the city to determine if there were grants to help cover it. There were, but as I had a 40-foot tree that abutted the house, I couldn't use the grant program. The tree had done damage to the siding and because I needed to use HUD for financing, I had to do lead testing. And I had lead.
<br /> After 18 months of trying to find providers to even
<em>consider</em> giving me an estimate I came upon Steve and Clayton. They drove 90 minutes to come look at my home, ask what repairs I'd like, give suggestions and even found foundation damage (that turned out to be significant) that other contractors had missed.
<br /> The needed work snowballed into many needed repairs but they kept on top of the bid and the sub-contractors needed to do the work. They visited my home three additional times to meet with me and/or the city to determine if they could even work with HUD lead licensing.
<strong>They did this not knowing if they would get the bid.</strong>
<br /> The paperwork and interaction with the city to meet the requirements is significant. This is why I had such a difficult time getting bids. Steve and Clayton kept on top of all the requirements for both themselves and for the subs.
<br /> Work was to being in July, the week I was heading out of the country. Strunk took daily pictures of the work and posted them with review, commentary and plans on an easily accessible website. They emailed me every day to let me know the status. When I returned home, I felt completely confident in the work they had completed up to that point and comfortable going forward.
<br /> What began as a new roof quickly became a nightmare. Once the tree that abutted the house was removed it was discovered that it had caused significantly more damage then expected. The previous owner did a lot of do-it-yourself work (poorly) and all of the windows had to be replaced. Shoddy plumbing repairs resulted in dry rot and termites. Bad electrical on an extension showed frayed wiring near water. The list goes on and on.
<br /> Steve and Clayton remained positive, helping me to do so. They worked with me and my budget (HUD only gives out so much) and had ideas on how to stretch a dollar.
<br /> Overall, I think they were grossly underpaid and I hope someday to be in a position where I can hire them again and pay them what they are worth.
<br /> Strunk may not give you the cheapest bid, but they'll give you the best. It will be thorough and honest. And the customer service is
<em>well-worth</em> any additional premium.

"Had a new Heating and AC unit put in. These guys are absolutely awesome. They are friendly and considerate and work very hard to make sure everything is done right.
