I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. Thomas did all the permitting, traffic-detour, and old-concrete removal work. His pour-crew was well-coordinated, professional, and on-time. The resulting sidewalk with approach concrete was excellent, some of the best I've seen. Plus. JAHolland was the lower of the two bids by several hundred dollars.
