"We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."

West Myth Remodeling will always be on top of my list, not only for the quality work, but their soul and pride they involve in the project. At the end they(owner and team) became almost part of the family, due to their heart and dedication. I truly love these guys. Recommended them to all my friends and family who are in need of a serious contractor. Great prices, too-very fair comparing to other bigger company who most of the time will rip you off, increasing fees, etc. You will be treated like you want and need to call them again next time, without getting bids from 5 other companies.Awesome is the word they deserve!"

Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. This crew is honest and does superior work."

"Hector from Isaac Roofing came out the same day to assess our leaking roof. He immediately determined the plastic vents were cracked. He temporarily caulked the cracks in case of rain and returned the next day to replace our vents with metal vents, repairing the surrounding shingles as well. Hector was very thorough and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend!"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a Painter. Two whirl wind days and they threw paint onto a house that was not properly prepped for painting. Applying paint to an exterior surface with old paint that is loose, blistered, crazed and in need of removal so the new paint being applied is actually applied to the wood exterior surface of the home. Gee what a concept, actually applying the paint to the wood, what I the home owner am most interested in protecting, what I am paying for! That called it “Exterior Restoration”, a service they do not provide. What a crock, and charged me full price to boot. Got my wife to pay for it before I got home to inspect. Ya real cute move with that one. She can not see well with cataracts and can not get on a ladder to inspect your work. Nope I would not recommend nor would I hire this clown to paint a dog house for me. Way way too expensive for the lousy finished product."
