Isaac Roofing

Hector from Isaac Roofing came out the same day to assess our leaking roof. He immediately determined the plastic vents were cracked. He temporarily caulked the cracks in case of rain and returned the next day to replace our vents with metal vents, repairing the surrounding shingles as well. Hector was very thorough and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend!

Hector was prompt, professional, and flexible. We got five estimates and Hector’s was about 1k less than any of the others and included the new sheathing that we needed. He and his crew completed the job in under three days and we barely noticed that they were here, which is really saying something for a complete tear off. They left the worksite spotless and I was very impressed with the quality of their work when I climbed up to inspect the finished roof. All flashing was thoroughly installed. The roof was so bad when we bought the house that row of several shingles was missing. Hector came by a couple weeks before the job and covered the missing section free of charge, just in case it rained. I will he using Isaac roofing for any future roofing projects and would highly recommend this provider.

I could not have been happier. These days it seems impossible to get contractors to be timely and stick to their schedule, much less going the extra mile to take care of unexpected issues (some rotten boards and a healthy squirrels nest!), and still stay on schedule. With my permission, they even showed up Thanksgiving morning to finish up a few extras I had requested. I wish all contractors were as organized and committed to quality work finished in time. On the second job I didn't feel the need to check in regularly becuase I knew I could trust their work. I wish I could say the same of all contractors.

Isaac Roof put on new roofing, flashing, roof vents, relocated a vent hose, replaced some wet plywood and spread moss kill on my shop roof. I was so impressed by Hector and his crew! They were consciousness of many plants we have all around the property, the lawn was covered with plywood were they walked, they asked were to park the dumpster and they were all polite, quiet and hard working. They tore off the old stuff one day and installed the next day and a half. They were fast! The roof looks better than the original roof did when it was new. They used extra flashing on each row of shingles around the sky light were we had only one piece that leaked last time and extended the top flashing further away from the skylight as you can see in the picture. i have referred them to our kids and will highly recommend them again.

Isaac Roofing started on the agreed upon date and finished a day ahead of schedule. All work was of excellent quality and clean up was through. Hector Bonilla is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Isaac Roofing to our daughter's family and they also were with the result.

We called and asked for a free estimate. Our roof was way beyond it's time. We had a couple of leaks and had been putting off replacing it for a few years. Hector scheduled a time to come by and provide us with an estimate. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He told us up front that the plywood was all going to need to be replaced and the fascia boards were going to need be replaced as well. The dry rot was significant.  He provided us with the estimate and a week later we called back to accept. We were put on the schedule and the crew showed up on time and got right to work. I have a very elaborate garden and they took great care to protect my plants and leave the property in the same condition they found it. The crew was very thorough and polite. They were finished in about 3 and a half days, a little sooner than anticipated. The roof looks great and the invoice was exactly what was quoted in the estimate with no surprises. I would recommend them for roof replacement. Hector is incredibly professional and we couldn't be happier.
