"We have used Roth in the past for furnace and A/C work and decided to try them for plumbing. We were second call for the day and John arrived around 11, after calling to let me know he was on his way. He didn't have the bolts in his truck for the type of toilets we had, but he went to the store and got them. He promptly got the bolts installed when he came back. He spilled some water from his shop vac on the entry floor (not really his fault as we have boxes around the edge of the stairs to keep a blind dog from falling down the stairs, making it hard to navigate) and charged us $24 less for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. I like it when companies allow their workers to decide on pricing based on the situation."
