"There was some miscommunication between the dispatcher and I but the plumber that came to my house explained the issue and rescheduled me for the weekend. I explained the urgency of filling in the trenches and he accommodated my schedule, he was great to work with. He spoke very highly of his company, not something you hear everyday from employees!"

"The bath rep was excellent in answering all my questions. He took the extra time to make sure we had everything in both bathrooms exactly the we wanted and needed them to be. RICK was very patient, helpful, professional and understanding in helping us to figure out exactly what we needed for our new bath. I cannot give him or the company enough kudos for the outstanding service and professionalism throughout the whole process. RICK went the extra mile in helping us achieve our dream bathrooms. He even came back to view the finished product and verify we were completely happy with the new showers. I could not have asked for a better experience. Keith and Karen"

"They were very attentive. I actually walked in and because I was just uncomfortable going with another company they had helped me out when I first bought my home for a neck down. They just put it out where I could pick it up and I sad these are the things I wanted to use in the future and they added some additional plumbing and electrical into their business. So, I was kind of excited to see that and they worked it in to get it taken care of immediately and great pricing, very well done customer service, explained to me what I needed to know on how to operate because it was a gas water heater. They were very good and very prompt and very efficient. I would recommend them. The price was pretty competitive and that was with it installed and hauling it all the way and everything. From me walking into their building at the counter service and them getting the guy that was in charge of it and getting what I needed and scheduling it they were very quick on the service. The turnaround was from the time I walked in the door to having it done was just a couple of days which I didn't have any emergency and I was just being proactive on having it replaced. It was for a gas water heater and it was not an electric so the gas was a little bit more expensive."

"Priority was very prompt they arrived ahead of schedule and were able to quickly fix my sink drain. The job looks well done. The plumber was able to also address a plumbing issue I had in the guest bathroom too. Both jobs done in 40 minutes. Really appreciate it!"

Toilets questions, answered by experts

You can DIY your toilet flapper replacement if you’re up for a small plumbing project. Turn off the water to the toilet, open the tank lid, remove the chain from the lever, and unhook the flapper. For a new, adjustable flapper, adjust it to the right setting according to your toilet's gallons per flush rating. Hook the flapper in place and install the chain with 1/2 inch of slack.

Many homeowners stress about cleaning before an emergency plumber arrives, but you’re far better off doing the following while you wait for your plumber to get to your home:

  • Shut the water off at your water main if you have a leak or a burst pipe

  • Avoid using any water fixtures in your home, including appliances

  • Clear a path to the problem area so that it’s easily accessible

  • Consider shutting your breaker if you’re concerned that the leak may affect your electrical system

Yes, you should screw your flange to the subfloor, including cement. The best way to get this done is to predrill holes into the concrete using a hammer drill and a ¼-inch concrete bit. Be careful when you’re ready to bolt your flange down, as you can accidentally crack it. You can avoid this issue by not installing the screws too deep. Or, you can opt for a flange with a stainless steel ring so you don’t have to worry about cracking the plastic.

Many parts of your plumbing system can fail, but clogged drains are one of the biggest plumbing problems you’ll likely encounter. From your kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or bathtub, there are plenty of opportunities for gunk, hair, food scraps, and more to get stuck in drains. When this happens, water will slowly drain, leading to standing water, bad odors, drain flies, and other issues.

Many homeowners can handle a minor clog themselves, but if you have a clog in your main line, you’re best off hiring a local plumber to get the drain back to its normal flow rate.

While you might think that phantom flushes are simply eerie, they are bad for your toilet (and wallet). These flushes indicate a leak somewhere in the toilet system that needs repairing. These leaks can cause damage to your walls, flooring, and even your plumbing system. While one random flush every now and then might not seem like a big deal, leaving it unattended can lead to bigger problems.
