I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

It remains a mystery as to why the heater stopped working. They could not definately tell me why the heater stop and would not run. I quess $120 service call for two batteries is fair since they did get the heater going."
