While other roofing companies are marketers first and contractors second, Platinum Roofing promises a no-pressure, sales pitch-free conversation.

"Communication is abysmal. They came to our house on a Friday to have us pick a color for shingles and said they might be here on the following Monday. I had to call Monday morning to see what the plan was and this indicated that they'd arrive. Once the crew got on site they told me it would be a 2-4 day job. It ended up taking 2 weeks. It was a very long two weeks. They didn't clean up the mess, so I started to at the end of each day so we didn't track anymore asphalt into our house. The roof looks fine, but that is about all that went well in working with Platinum Roofing. We have significant damage to our home and have yet to get the repairs completed. We have scratches and tar up and down our house. They tried to remove the tar and whatever was used ended up stripping the paint away. Now we have scratches, tar, and white splotches all over. We also have damage to our rain gutters. Miguel said they would replace the rain gutters the next day after completing the job, yet here I am writing a review to see if I can get some traction. I have been give 3 dates for when things would be fixed. Most recent is November 10th. I guess we will see... If you are in the market for a new roof, I'd look elsewhere. Quality, communication, craftsmanship are all missing with this shop. I have a lot more photos of damage and images of unanswered texts from ownership if requested"
