,The job was very well done under difficult conditions (very high roof and fences that made ladder placement difficult).  Several heavy rains since installation have shown that the new gutters and larger downspouts function much, much better than my old gutters.  The old gutters required difficult clean-outs five times/year, and they still overflowed frequently.  Now, leaves flush down to waist-level with each rain.  Cleanup was excellent.

I was pleased. He was quick and did a good job. The price was reasonable. He came out the same day I called and was back two days later to do the work.

The work went well, but we were surpised by the color of the downspout they chose. Our house is yellow with white gutters and trim, with a black roof and a back front door. The downspout they chose was brown. We called them up and they replaced it with a white gutter at no addiitonal charge. We should hav asked them what color they were going to put on, but it seemed obvious to us. In any event, we appreciated the good service by replacing it.

I actually didn't deal with the man whose name is on the company because he was taking off and he had somebody taking over for him.  For the most part it was okay but there were some things that the man needed to come back for and he never did.  It began very well; he came out promptly and estimated.  We agreed on a price and he did the job.  Afterwards we discovered that some things needed to be completed or finished and so I called them about it but he said he could not get to it until next week.  I called him back on it, he was not very responsive so I dropped it and fixed it myself. I might possibly use them again if I had a clear notion that he would do things differently.

It was terrific working with them. We had a very, very good experience. We have an inside corner on the house like a trough that comes down and they handmade a diverter for the water to get it off the porch. It would splash over the gutters and get pretty wet when there was a heavy rain. They cut out and finished this diverter so that doesn't happen. It was great. The gutters have been very good. He called several times and I talked to him on the phone. He called right before he came over. He was perfect on his punctuality and he was very professional. We would absolutely use them again.

Very well. Worked with Tom, who scoped the job and personally completed the repairs. There were difficulties due to our roof sagging (roof line is no longer true), but Tom made it all look great in the end. Very pleased with the final outcome.

His worker was really good. I had talked to Jeff about how to fix the problem and when the worker came out, he actually devised a better way to fix the problem. He was fast, hard working and pleasant to be around. I even asked him into the house for lunch. He was really good and a good mechanic; he knew how to get things done. The cost was more than I thought it would be.

It was a small job and it didn't make him a lot of money. He actually came back a second time to take a look at things and give me some advice and suggestions. The work he did was well done and he was prompt. He was very helpful and accommodating.

We got estimates from 3 different gutter services and all seemed reasonable, but we went with Jeff because of his close location, his initial responsiveness and the fact that he was licensed, bonded and insured. During the site analysis, Jeff helped us resolve some of the more challenging issues. We also proposed ideas we had. We were happy with his apparent experience and ability to troubleshoot. We chose to have the work done during a week we knew we would not be physically available to supervise or field questions. After Jeff finished the work and we inspected it, all the new gutters were in place and we agreed it looked very nice, but some of our smaller special requests were not carried out the way we'd asked. Since were were not there, he explained that he made decisions based on functionality, the specific personality of our house shape and took aesthetics into account (keeping congruence with extant gutter/downspouts). He pleasantly offered to readjust the work to our liking. We decided the keep them they were and are happy with the decision. If we were there that day, we would have come to the same conclusion. Finally, he replaced a downspout that he found was faulty while doing the work, but was not in the estimate. He explained this in a voice message he left subsequent to completion of the work and had left the damaged downspout for our inspection. After some further discussion, we were convinced that he made the right decision and paid the extra cost, though he offered to refund us the $65. He was a pleasure to work with, very helpful, honest and respectful. He also has a great sense of humor, which we appreciate.

I would give him an excellent rating. He was a little hard to get a hold of because he was super busy, but once he came and gave us a bid and did the work it was excellent. I thought he priced things very fairly.

Jeff was quick to come give an estimate. He described his recommendations with regards to the type of gutter system and downspouts we might want. He was knowledgeable and informative. Once we hired him to do the work, he did a careful and professional job.

Jeff's brother, Rod, was a huge help with our gutters. We had problems with the gutters plugging up and overflowing for many years. Rod said it was due to the downspouts and recommended they be replaced. He replaced all of our downspouts, did a terrific job, and we have not had a single problem since, even in heavy rain. The new downspouts are very easy to clean because Rod put traps at the bottom of the downspouts. Rod always returned our calls, was very prompt and efficient, and knew exactly what was needed. He can be relied upon to recommend only what you really need and not more. Rod explained about the different kinds of gutters and downspouts and the pros and cons of each and then let us choose. He has lots of different colors in stock and did a great job of matching our existing paint.

I have had a gutter problem for years I no longer have one, thanks to Jeff Folen's excellent work. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, tidy, and price competitive ( I did three quotes). He simply did a great job, has a good product, and I am so pleased.

He was on time. He called me because of bad weather to let me know he would fix it once the weather cleared, which he did.

JEFF DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF MY GUTTERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO SOMEONE NEEDING THIS TYPE OF WORK. THE PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN SOME OF THE OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED; BUT CHOSE HIM BASED ON HIS TRACK RECORD. A COUPLE EXTRA DOLLARS IS WORTH THE PEACE OF MIND.
