"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

Jimmy and his crew tore off two layers of old roofing, inspected the sheeting for water damage, and installed new felt, flashing, roof vents and 30-year architectural shingles. Jimmy kept me informed as work progressed so I know that they found a leak in the outer layer that had not yet penetrated the inner layer of old roofing. All sheeting was in good condition.
