"Dennis was nice to work with. He was professional, and did a great job explaining everything. I've had other roofs repaired and replaced, but repairing a tile roof was a first. When I called around for bids, there were not a lot of roofing contractors who would repair tile. The kind of tile used on the house is discontinued. To repair the roof, I had to wait for replacement tiles to be available from the tear off of another tile roof that was being replaced. Dennis explained that the chimney flashing needed repaired, AND the moss buildup in the roof valley was directing water right to the chimney. He explained his approach to scheduling roofs and repairs to me (first in, first out). A few of the other reviewers have grumbled about this, but I found it to be reasonable. I had no problems. The roof is repaired, clean, and looks a lot nicer. The price was fair. I'd hire him again."

When work started they showed up when they said they would, Got done on time. Complete cleanup every day. They did one roof section at a time. Rain delays were no problem as the sealed up every night. Worked rapidly and efficiently. Workers very polite and professional."
