I'm a local, Registered & Insured business with the State of Oregon. Being a small, individually owned company allows me to offer competitive pricing and personally ensure that all of my work meets your standards. With five and a half years experience working for a large scale building maintenance company in Salem Oregon, doing high rise window cleaning and pressure washing. I am eager to bring that experience to you personally by servicing Marion County and surrounding areas with both commercial and residential window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, building soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning. I don't usually do reviews but was so impressed with Dylan that I feel he deserves commendation for his work at my house. I needed my vinyl siding, gutters, and TREX deck soft washed, the hardscape driveway, concrete stairs, concrete pathways, and patio pressure washed, the windows and screens hand washed, and a sealant applied to the clean concrete surfaces. This was a big job, and I received reviews all over the place both in pricing and in what they wouldn't do. Some vendors refused to hand wash the windows and remove the screens, just spraying to clean them. Others said that they don't apply the sealant to the cleaned concrete. I decided to go with Dylan after meeting him, seeing what a knowledgeable and courteous man he was. He didn't disappoint, and his work was excellent, sticking to the time frame he presented, completing all the tasks with expertise, and showing respect for my home surrounds. My windows and screens have never been cleaner, the deck looks like new, as does the siding, and the concrete is finally free of moss and age spots. He also does interior windows, and was able to reach a high window in the entry that hasn't been cleaned for years because it's out of my reach. While he was up there on a tall ladder he even removed all the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling! I told him his pricing was too cheap, showing him my other much more costly bids, and gave him a several hundred dollars tip for his work. I highly recommend Dylan, and will be using him again!

Had two decks pressure washed. Dylan Went the extra mile on both by removing moss and lichen on the rails and also washing the siding and cleaning the sliding glass doors when finished with the decks.. Let me know when he would be arriving and a very pleasant gentleman
