"Great team to work with, quality work, they go out of their way to please the customer. We were doing a living room and front deck expansion project and Paul and his team delivered a beautiful completed project and on budget. "The decision to remodel carries with it a big commitment of time, energy, and money. There are many choices you will have to make, but the most important decision is who to hire as your contractor. We chose Ron Houghton of R3J Residential Services because he was the best match for us. Ron was so easy to communicate with. He listened to our ideas and offered many helpful suggestions. We highly recommend R3J and Ron Houghton to anyone needing an excellent contractor. Dick & Judy Caldwell"

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. We accepted this bid and began to move forward with this project. As with any construction project, we ran into unexpected situations. I could not have picked a better partner to handle all of these situations. He maintained focus on finding solutions, worked magic to make things happen that we wanted and came up with additional creative ideas when we couldn’t. He is a true craftsman and he employs the most amazing people! The pandemic hit during our project and he was respectful of our request to wear masks when entering our home. They continued the work and Jay was open about end dates and timelines. If you are looking to start a project, I can tell you that Jay Bemis and his team at Timeless Builders is who you want to partner with. Their work exceeded our expectations, their friendliness was an added bonus and the end result blew us away. Don’t think twice, contact Jay with Timeless Builders, he will help you get your project done right."

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. "I hired Chumbley Construction for a full house remodel, and I am very happy with the results! From the start, their team was professional and listened to my ideas. As someone who loves the color blue, I was thrilled with how they incorporated it throughout the design both with subtle accents and bold walls. The quality of their work is excellent, and they finished on time. Communication was great, which made the whole process smooth. I love my new home. I highly recommend Chumbley Construction for their craftsmanship and attention to detail!"
