"We live in the Coos Bay area, and have found it is notorious for people giving estimates and never showing up to do the work. Kent was a very welcome exception to this rule, and not only showed up but did a fantastic job over the course of a week tearing down an old solarium we had that leaked like a sieve, hauling away all the debris, and then building us a brand new sunroom on our backyard deck, This came with a beautiful Anderson storm door and 3 big windows. It was so structurally sound that I remarked to him that if a tornado was to come through Coos Bay, it would probably take the house and leave the sunroom standing. A few days after completion it started raining and didn't let up for about 3 weeks. Not the slightest moisture anywhere in the sunroom. We were thrilled with the job Kent did, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great handyman with a solid work ethic and demonstrable skills!"

"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"
