"We happened upon Shawn replacing a deck for someone in our neighborhood. He came and looked at our deck that needed replaced. He drew up a professional estimate with pictures of the deck and back stairs he would build for for us and we hired him. He listened to our wants and needs that were fulfilled. Shawn, Justin and Wyatt were very kind, personable and very professional. I highly recommend Shawn Miner for all your building/project needs. We couldn't have found anybody better. Project went way past scheduled completion but much of that was as due to issues uncovered in remodeling a 100 yr old house. As soon as the rain stops, the painting can be finishrd & it will be 100 percent done. I am very satisfied."

"I hired Kent to paint my cabinets when I moved into this old house. Kent did all the work himself including building two cabinet doors with glass for a shelf that had no doors. He always cleaned up as he went along and was always respectful of my home. I thought he did such a fine job on the cabinets that I hired him for other smaller projects as well. Great communication about how I wanted things done. I plan on calling him again soon for another project!"

"This is a great company!!!! I have never enjoyed getting construction done on a home we are living in, but these gentleman were the best!!! They were replacing my flat roof, with tear off and with a new product I insisted be used. They jumped right in and learned what was needed and my completed roof looks fantastic!!! I also added a new skylight, solar tube and hood vent to go with the removal and replacement of two other skylights. My husband ask Mr. Randolph about a few other add on and they were able to get everything done in a very timely manner. "New floors look great and they did well even with having to put in an inferior hardwood product - “seconds” which I didn’t know when I purchased. Oak with an unusual finish I love though was challenging to install because not uniform. I have electric now for pendant lighting over an eating bar, and they changed my fixture in dining room. Well done!"

"It took most of three days to cut down, separate branches from trunks, chip the branches and cut the trunks. The crew took three loads of chips, twigs and needles to the land fill. The yard hasn't been this clean in several years! Thank you Team Powers!"
