11 TJ came and tighten the screw on the shower spout. Said that would slove the problem. However, water continue to leak. We noticed after few days when water started to come thru garage ceiling and we saw the wet floor of the garage.

He came over the following morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes: an old and cracked PVC pipe leading from the house to the meter. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day.
