You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. "Our old sprinkler system had sprung several leaks and needed to be replaced. I called Gabriels Gardens, was told that he would be here at noon the next day and he showed up at 11:55.

We discussed the needed repairs, agreed upon a price and I was told that they would start the following Monday at 9:00. The workers showed up at 8:30 and got right to work digging up what turned out to be about 4 old systems. They added a couple of sprinkler heads to give the yard complete coverage, uncovered a couple of others I didn't even know we had and added a zone to the system to make it more effective at no additional cost.

After the work was finished the crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up, including a couple of areas that weren't their mess. They topped it all off by trimming a couple of bushes and seeding some bare patches in the yard.

I signed up for a twice a year maintenance program they offer and in the spring I plan to have them back to re-seed the front yard.
