Duncan was prompt on responding to our request for a free estimate. It was clear during his completion of the estimate he is very knowledgeable about trees and managing them. His quote was so reasonable we hired him on the spot. The crew that joined him to fell 14 trees of varying sizes around our home were fast, skilled, worked as a fluid team, and communicated with us to ensure the work was done safely in addition to quickly. Watching Duncan communicate with the team as he scaled trees and they used ropes and wedges to masterfully fell trees that were hundreds of feet tall within 25 feet of our home was fascinating, thrilling, and sometimes a bit nerve wracking as a first timer. The additional bonus was watching Duncan coach his son in tree climbing skills in order to build up the next generation of tree management experts. We felt heard, respected, and valued as customers when Duncan asked for our feedback in person in addition to asking us to write a review. He wants to provide quality service to the community and we’re happy we hired him and will do so again. We also have been recommending him to others in the area.
