"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."

They were hired by the management company and stapled a tarp to a brand new membrane invalidating the warranty on the membrane and leaving me with thousands in damage to rectify. Did not respond to emails and never owned up to their mistake. A roofing contractor said no competent person would ever do that!"
