"My wife and I moved into our home last Nov. We completed many renovations that included lots of dust and the vents and returns likely were never serviced, at least not for a LONG time. So, I decided that I wanted my vents to be cleaned. After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

I really appreciated his honesty and integrity in not trying to sell me anything I didn't truly need! That's a quality I really look for but don't always find. Also his communication was flawless. Shane and his crew came out for the install shortly thereafter and they were fast, efficient and friendly! Shane advised me one of the underground cement gutter lines was clogged and referred me to Grumpy's Drain Cleaning who was every bit as good as this company. When they say good people know good people, it really is true. Shane is very easy to work with and we were completely satisfied with the superb outcome. Thanks Shane! I highly recommend this company. There is literally nothing I didn't like about them and that's really saying something."

After doing some research I contacted Bliss and they came out and quickly took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Over the years, I have had numerous tasks completed; replacing a skylight, moss cleaning and treatments, consults about remodeling that would effect my roof, etc. Honestly, I can't think of too many contractors I have retained this long, and that says something since I understand what it takes to have great customer service- timely and clear communication with professionals that know their craft, transparency in all options with decisions while keeping an eye on the best value for the customer, all with a helpful demeanor meaning no hint of sass or patronizing tone, in either vocal or email comms. That's why I appreciate them. If there are any reviews here under five stars, I'd say most likely the customer may be at fault for not giving Bliss a chance to make things right. I failed to mention that I make a point to spend my money where people value diversity, so even if you have an interaction with someone from Bliss that may not speak English the best, trust me when I say they know about roofing, and they do a great job."

"This company advertises on their website and all other profiles that they offer 24/7 emergency services but very clearly only operate 40 hours a week. After repairing a part for me 6 weeks ago, I found my furnace malfunctioning again and due to the recent repair I felt obligated to go through Rose Heating again in case it was the same part malfunctioning (as it would be under warranty). I called and left voicemails on 4 separate days (all during regular business hours) and did not receive a call back until I reached out to a competitor. The competitor (who does not advertise 24/7 services) was not able to schedule me for a few weeks but was kind enough to call Rose Heating while I was on the line to attempt to reach them directly. It was not until this competitor left a voicemail on my behalf that I finally received a response from Rose Heating. After explaining my gripe to Jim (owner of Rose Heating) he was not apologetic whatsoever and essentially told me I was free to use another company in the future. I was not offered any consolation and was charged for the full service fee and part that needed to be replaced. I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service for ignoring my voicemails for 5 days (while advertising 24/7 services). I fully believe I would have been ignored had the competitor not reached out on my behalf. Jim also did not understand why I felt obligated to use Rose Heating even after explaining that I, as a layman, have no way of knowing if it's the same part he had just replaced that is malfunctioning again. Jim will tout over and over again that they've been in business for over 60 years (3rd generation owner) and they're the oldest HVAC company in the state. However, inheriting a family business does not give you a pass to provide non-existent customer service. The success of his grandfather's business is not any indication that Jim will provide the same level of quality they might have once been known for."

"Jason Doran is currently operating on a suspended CCB license #147440. He appears to now be running his business under the name of Chimney-Pro (most likely due to the license suspension). There is a reason why he has received numerous 1 star reviews and it is because he is completely incompetent and a p*** poor "con artist." He is not licensed to work in the state of WA but did so toward the end of 2024. We filed a complaint with the WA Dept of Labor and Industries. He is being fined in the amount of $1,200 for this violation. We paid him $2,000 to perform work. He royally f'd up the job. We offered to settle for a refund for $1,000, he declined. We just won a small claim judgment against him in the current amount of $2,496.38. If he continues to avoid this situation, the fees will only increase. Do not hire Master Sweep or Chimney-Pro."
