Jesse was on time; personsable and â looked the partâ ! All in black and ready to go! Took off his shoes and went right to work. He took time to properly clean the stove bed and inspect the chimney. I hired First Rate to clean my wood stove piping that exits up a 30' chimney. Jesse really went above and beyond. He's the opposite of pushy, if anything he underpromises and overdelivers. He climbed up on to my treacherous roof and gave me lots of great info about my chimney beyond just cleaning it. He sent me photos so I could see for myself what's going on up there (I'm not going to climb up there!) The cleaning itself was neat and thorough, no mess at all in the house. Excellent communicator, quick and efficient worker. Definitely going in my contractors-to-recommend file.
