"Sean did a wonderful job replacing a sidewalk square in front of my house that presented a trip hazard. He communicated well, showed up on time, & the price was reasonable. I would recommend him for any concrete needs."

"Jim was very responsive. Came quickly after I contacted him to give me an estimate. Had to work around the weather but he got his crew out and had the job done in one day. I would definitely hire him again.

"Noah takes pride in his work and it shows. Not necessarily the lowest but he wasn t the highest either when it came to price but you get what you pay for. Once Noah started the project he didn t leave until finished. He worked a full day each day. Quality paint job and it definitely shows. I would hire again and I highly recommend."

"I would hire them again if I needed concrete work. I needed to have an area of concrete removed where the garage concrete floor meets the asphalt driveway since we are taking out the current old driveway and putting in a new one and the current concrete was breaking down. Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

It costs between $600 and $8,400 to stain an average-size concrete patio of around 300 square feet. The wide price range accounts for intricate stains that incorporate multiple colors and stenciling, high-end sealers, and special touches, such as stamping or concrete polishing. Prices can also vary if you need to make multiple repairs to your patio before adding the stain and seal.

You should sand concrete before painting, as it helps remove any irregularities and pieces that stick out from the surface. This not only helps the paint look better but it prevents any unwanted water absorption.

Mix the resurfacer into a sticky mixture. The consistency should look like mashed potatoes. Use a squeegee to push the resurfacer across the pitted area and smoothen the surface with a cement trowel flush. Make sure you protect any expansion joints with a weather strip. Alternatively, cut out any resurfacer that touched the joint once the mixture begins to harden.

It depends on the type of sealer. Some sealers can dry in as little as 4 hours, but many can take up to 48 hours to fully cure. To play it safe, don’t drive on your driveway for two days after sealing.

There are many benefits to painting a garage floor, especially if you use an epoxy floor coating . In general, paint makes your garage easier to clean. Since concrete is porous, it tends to absorb things like dirt, grime, mildew, oil, and grease. Paint—specifically epoxy-based paint—creates a barrier that helps you easily mop up the mess before it stains or is difficult to remove.
