"Bob and his crew were amazing from the initial contact through the completed project and follow-up. I was supposed to have concrete, polished floors on my first floor that didn't turn out and looked horrible. Bob and his crew came out and brought many samples for me to look at to Epoxy my floors. They were respectful and kind. They provided an estimate when they said they would we set a date and they showed up on time and completed on time. My floors look amazing. I am so incredibly happy with them. They are gorgeous and I wish I had known about Durf's Epoxy before we went through the concrete floor nightmare. I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional, prompt, and the work is incredibly top-notch!"

"Jamison asked great questions and brought up elements I had not considered, when visiting to bid the job. He proposed a sensible fix to my garage flooding in heavy rain. His bid was similar to others but I selected Unique because I felt my concerns and goals were heard and respected. Glad I did. They were able to get me on their schedule promptly, much appreciated as winter rains are upon us. The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. The crew demonstrated Covid-safe practices and though several are cigarette smokers, they kept cigs away from the garage and did not leave a single butt behind. Their finish work is nice, blends well with existing walkways & driveway. My garage is now usable: dry and with a smooth, well-poured floor and apron. "I was not wild about them. It took me a long time to get hold of them and when they did send someone back they sent a couple of young guys. I had a handyman come out finish the work because I only had a couple of hours that I had bought and they weren’t finished. I understand that they had to leave the room and not finish painting it. I had a handyman coupon and so he painted it; he did a much better job than they did. I remember asking them to wash the wall and usual they wash the wall with a solution but they just picked up a wet rag and wiped it down. I just don’t know what they have done in one of the rooms because I did not say anything at the time. They just used masking tape on the woodwork and the paint can come through with the masking tape; it was not a good tape that they had used. They did not use the painters tape but just a masking tape. I had some good tape that I would have given them but I did not realize the tape that they were using so I did get a little paint on my woodwork. The guys that came out they were okay because they got to work and did not fool around but technically they were a little off. The paint looks okay."
