- Cascade Garage Doors IncCan’t say enough about the service I received. My garage door springs broke late yesterday afternoon with cars inside. I started calling places for help and two places told me it would be two or three weeks for service! I called Cascade and was told they could fix it today. The gentleman also offered to come out at 7 am this morning on his way to work to open the door so I could get the cars out. He called at 6:55 to say he’d be here in 5 minutes. Upon his arrival, the door was quickly opened, measurements were taken on the broken springs and he left with an promise to return later. At 3:15, I got a call asking if it would be convenient to do the repair then and before 4, the door was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by the price which was the lowest in the range I’d looked at generally on line. When I was so complementary on the service, I was told that it was a local family business which I was very happy to support. They have my future business without any hesitation

When the part arrived, he came back as promised and made the permanent repair. He even fixed my other door's signal light at no charge.

I called Cascade Door and the woman was very friendly and sent out a technician that arrived within the hour. He called 10 minutes prior to arriving as I requested and immediately went to work. He knew exactly what to do, explained everything. In addition, he did a routine inspection of all parts and lubrication. He straightened some metal parts that were twisted instead of replacing them which saved me money. He was friendly, prompt, confident, and cleaned up when he left. The price, $89. was very reasonable as it was an emergency situation

"Ben from ValueGarageDoors came across to provide a free estimate; I had checked out prices with a couple of other sources plus Home Depot (supply + installation service). Ben's quote specified all items that he would be providing (door brand etc. + the services to be provided) and was very reasonable; price wise lower than others, brand and specification was comparable to Home Depot, better than the others. We had to wait 2 weeks because we wanted a specific color to match the siding, and this was not available off the shelf; however no extra charge. Ben came across and did a thorough job of removing the old door + railings and installing the new one, and calibrating the door opener + remotes.
