"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"I think they handled it well. Their gentleman that did the inspection came up with a lot of pictures and showed me everything and represented the process well and followed through. The gal in the office over their operations couldn't be more thorough and I liked that. I knew what was going on at all times. "Joe was great to work with. He replaced a 32 year-old water shut-off valve under our kitchen sink that no longer worked and installed a new Moen faucet. He also added a shut off valve on â our sideâ of the water meter (at the street) so it is now easy to turn off the water to the house. He arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and cleanly, and charged me a fair price for the work involved. I would not hesitate in calling him again for any future plumbing needs."

"The system is working great and appears to be just what we needed. It's new, so I can't really determine how it will preform long term - but comes highly recommended. 
We have nothing but good things to say about the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone we dealt with a Shiloh (i.e. the customer service person on the phone when you call, Misti, The owner of Shiloh, Mike, the salesman, Nathan and the installer, Judah).  
Two recommendations I would make.
1.  If you agree on a system - request it in writing.  The system we had installed is the top of the line system - but we had agreed upon a mid tier system to save $$.  Shiloh made it right with us and charged us the agreed upon price - but it would have been easier for them, and us, to have the system we agreed upon.  In the long run, the system installed will be a better product as it has a longer warranty and a few more bells and whistles. 
2.  If you have  new construction - have the installer come out and assess the place where it will go.  Nathan, the salesman is great and I am sure there is no one on the planet more passionate about the Kinetico system than Nathan.   However, our house was not quite finished and the tile was already installed and Nathan was a bit perplexed about where and how the system would be installed in our home.  The owner of Shiloh (Mike) actually came out and took a look and made the final determination. The install went perfectly and was super easy and efficient.
Judah gave a thorough demonstration after install and answered all of our questions.  2 days after install - Nathan came out and flushed the drinking water system for us and tested the water again.   Very very professional and would really recommend Shiloh.
