Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
On the day that the company (Synergy Landscape) was supposed to arrive, the company work crew showed up over an hour late. This was with calling at least three times, and leaving 3 separate phone messages. The owner did eventually call back, but with news that her people had been detoured to another job, based on the discretion of their work crew. Needless to say, I am not happy.

Synergy Landscape did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. We live out of state, the house was my mothers and the yard had not been taken care of for at least 10 years. The yard was overgrown with blackberries, grape vines and bushes. They took before pictures and during the job they would send a picture to see what we wanted done on certain areas. Great communication and the pictures of the finished job look like the yard did 10 years ago I am very pleased with their work and the efficiency on which they got the job done. I have hired Synergy Landscape to maintain the yard because of their excellent work and wonderful and easy attitude about the condition of the yard.

"We're very sorry you feel that way. we had talked with you and let you know that we weren't able to spend several hours and hand pull the weeds so we were just going to spray them. we were also under the impression that you were wanting maintenance as well so we left a small pile of debris that we were going to pick up when we came back out. We we're unable to pick it up then due to our truck already overflowing with yard debris. we wish you would've said that you were unhappy about how it looked when we talked to you when the job was done, or even in the following days when we talked to you."

Good communication every step of the way. Not only asked what I wanted, but also asked about different parts of my yard I might need work on. When they arrived, restated what they would be working on. Made sure I was happy with the work prior to leaving. They sprayed weed killer, removed tree debris, raked up leaves, did the edging, cleaned up overgrown ivy. Trimmed trees, hedges, and rose bushes. Overall looks very good.
