"We had a clogged sink drain and a sink faucet problem ( low water volume). Raul came out and fixed them both. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. Well worth the $ and prompt service too! Got a great new plumber. Thank you!!!"

"Service was great, priced reasonable, will use again"

"Highly recommend! Our plumber is reliable, hardworking, and efficient, with fair pricing and an honest approach. It’s such a relief to have someone we trust to get the job done right. We truly appreciate the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable plumber!"

"Freedom Heat, Air, & Plumbing has been our go to for all our HVAC needs for years.  We haven't had a need for a plumber, but they will be the first we call should the need arise.  Terry Troxell has handled the servicing of our air condition system for several years.  When we decided we needed to have a new HVAC unit installed at our son's home we called Terry.  At the time we thought he was going to be about 2 weeks out, so we tried another company.  That company came out and did an evaluation, then told my son that it would be October before they could install the system since "it was too hot" to get into the attic.  Terry came to the rescue and had the job done within a week.  Since our daughter-in-law is pregnant, time was of the essence.  Thank you Terry, and Freedom for another job well done!"

"Martell McDougal is the owner of this company, and I highly recommend Martell as your contractor. Martell works ONLY for YOU while in your project so you have his complete attention. His attention to detail, his eye for structure that can fit the design, his years of experience, and his tenacity are just a few of the qualities that Martell will bring to your project. He is incredibly meticulous, has a daily agenda for every task for every day of the project, and is very accurate on projection dates, etc. Martell went above and beyond for my project by working extra days, and longer hours so that each day's project was complete. Martell is also very honest, and seriously takes your specific wishes and needs to heart. He worked extra hard to give me what I wanted at a price I could afford. The price is also more than reasonable with Martell. Every detail of my project was itemized and priced, so I had a lot of freedom to choose what worked best for me. Martell McDougal is the only contractor I will ever hire again. I truly got "spoiled" to the complete professionalism and total accuracy he brought to my renovation."

"I don't think the person who showed up was qualified for this type of work. He's probably an indoor type plumber. Also, he brought one assistant who looked about 14 yrs of age and I doubt had very much experience. The feeling I got was the plumber did not want to do this job and the amount he was going to charge was way too much."

"I could not have asked for anything more perfect! I chose their lowest bid - one being $10,500 higher. They also cleaned up after themwelves very well! I would recommend them to anyone."

"Tim and his crew did a fantastic job making our bathroom vision come to life!  We designed and purchased a majority of the materials ourselves.  Very professional and personable.  Even the dogs like them!  A huge plus is how clean they were.  They always laid down tarps to cover the walkway from the front door to the bathroom, kept the construction area tidy, and most visitors didn't even realize there was construction going on in the house.  We greatly appreciated how Tim always kept us informed about everything.  A+ for sure!"
