They had to get to it through the outside heater closet wall with the water heater directly in their way and they did it without a problem when others said they had to remove the hot water heater and reinstall it at a cost of $720 just for that!!! Doug, the manager, came out with Jerome, who I think is probably the best plumber I've ever hired, did an excellent job without having to move the hot water heater!!!! I will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber. Tom T

After calling 9 plumbers in this area and no would come out, I finally found this company nearby. The plumber called me and gave an estimate, then told me he would be coming from Tulsa. About 45 minutes later, he called and said he was tied up in traffic but would be here in about 20 mins. which he was. He was polite, organized, didn't make a worse mess and best of all, got our drains unclogged and running again! I will use this company again.

I liked that they were very efficient. They were pretty accommodating. They came out on the same day that I called. The work turned out good. My interaction with them was good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I go three estimates.  Dale and Lee's was the best price, for similar packages (including warranty.)
The technicians were very professional.  The job was done in the time frame quoted.

Out of all the people that I have use, they probably did the best work for the most reasonable price. They were more thorough. The person who I used last didn't do a good job, and I had to go and do it myself. The price was fair.

They will state their service fee is $78 but that does not include the service of labor. They charge $78 for using your water to clean your condenser and coil which to me is part on ANY service call on an AC. (and yes I said water on the condenser which I thought was a no-no). So really a service charge is $156 to come out and check your freon and hose down your AC system. Total 30 minutes.
I would never use again and expectations were not met.
I have contacted other service providers and have been told that is not how they handle customers.
I called Dale and Lee management (Brent) and they stated I am wrong and that is how they have always done business. (always doing wrong does not make it right, IMO). Management stated and quot;we will just have to disagreeand quot;, wow what an awesome response. Management NEVER tried to work with or make any attempt to see customer side. (strictly a my way or highway mentality).

1. Bid stated that they were to replace all the room registers. (faceplates) They didn't do it.
2. Condensation drain wasn't properly installed. Carpet got wet. I fixed it by putting a large rock on the end of the pipe so that the water would be directed downward
3. Condensation drain was noisy. Put the pipe end directly over the middle of a large drain. Since there is a trap there it always sounded like someone peeing. I thought every guy new to direct it down the side to avoid noise? I made this change myself too at a later time.
4. Didn't and quot;stageand quot; the electric heating elements. The back-up heat NEVER came on unless I switched to emergency heat. Shortly after our installation I was told about the ability to have the back-up strips to come on one at a time as supplemental heat was needed. This was not even offered.
We're replacing this unit now. Guess who didn't get invited to bid on the job.
I would have written this sooner, but I'm a fairly new member of the list and the necessity to replace the unit brought it all back to mind.

We just purchased the house and wanted a thorough ceck of the Heating and A/C system. The inspection was top of the line. For the price we paid we are thoroughly satisfied. Prompt, professional service that we have signed up for the Yearly Maintenance Plan. The service person walked us through everything that he was doing and explained in further detail as necessary. He stayed as long as the job took.

The gentleman who did the estimate was outstanding. My husband and I thought we would be spending a lot more money than we actually did. They gave us options and reccommendations. The reccommendations were not the most expensive as most companies would give. We scheduled the work and they were able to install the next week. The install techs that arrived were very courteous and professional. They did a little extra work and didn't even charge us for that. They cleaned up as they worked and when they left the job site, you couldn't tell so much work had occured. We were very satisfied with the work performed as well as the cost for quality product. I would most definately use them again should the need arise.

Our Lennox heating system began to go out intermittently on the weekend in cold weather in mid-January. My wife called Air Comfort Solutions. Their serviceman tested the system and found a bad electric blower motor. He charged $94 for the diagnosis and estimated the charge to replace the motor at almost $800. I got very upset and asked why a simple electric motor would cost that much, and he said that it was available only from Lennox and they charged a lot for it. We were not satisfied with that, so we paid the diagnosis charge and that evening decided to call Dale and Lee's Service, which had been recommended by a friend. The next day, they repeated the diagnosis work and they also found the blower motor was bad. Their bid for a new Lennox motor was $444 with installation, in addition to the charge for diagnosis of $78. We accepted the bid and their repairman drove off to get the motor, and a few hours later the heating system was working perfectly. Clearly, the bid from Air Comfort Solutions was far higher than it should have been, and we will never call them again. The work by Dale and Lee's Service was prompt and professional and we strongly recommend them.

They are super. We think they are really great. They call before they come out and they follow through with what they tell us they are going to do.

We are adding on to our existing home about 1,200 square feet. Dale and Lee's was supposed to get with us in early June to install duct work in the floor before the slab was poured. Although they said they wanted the job, they never got back with our builder. Finally they said it would be three weeks. Since they have been in business for so long, we decided to wait on them rather than pick a fly-by-night substitute. Finally, after waiting three+ weeks, we were informed that due to the elevation of the outside yard, duct work in the slab would be a code violation. So three+ weeks of no activity while we were waiting. Had they just showed up and looked the job over when we asked,we would have known not to install ducts in the floor and we could have proceeded on to pouring the concrete slab.
Fast forward 2 months and we now need Dale and Lee's to come out and put the duct work in the ceiling now that everything is framed up. This time the owner's son shows up and talks about how long they have been in the business, yada, yada, yada. We lay out what we need done (on a Monday) and his crew is supposed to be out on Wednesday. Of course, no one shows up on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday morning they show up. We wanted a special air duct run down the inside of the wall towards the floor and the return air chase to be facing away from the bedroom.
Over the weekend we are looking at it and the return air chase is facing into the bedroom (which will create extra noise in the bedroom), the special duct down the wall is nowhere to be found, and there are no ducts running into the bathroom. Tuesday of the following week they show up for some more stuff and we point out all of this. Apparently, the owner's son failed to communicate any of these requests to the installers. Furthermore, the installers admitted that they thought it was odd that their plans didn't show any air vents in the bathroom, but never thought to ask anyone.
They are now done, and we have what we wanted, but only because we stayed on them the whole time.

They were timely. I didn't have air conditioning and it was hot and they got it in fast. I would use them again.

It works fine now and we don't have any complaints.

They have been in business since 1966. They are really an excellent company as I know. We have been satisfied with their services. They treat you the way you want to be treated. They are very professional and don't pressure us to do other things which we don't want. We have an annual contract with them and that's how they work. You sign up with them and they come out in the spring and in the fall to check out. The charge depends upon how many systems you have but they are really good. They are very professional.
