The receptionist is very crass, and rushed. After 2 phone calls they scheduled a service call. They sent 2 gentlemen that were less than thrilled to assess my gas log fireplace. They did open the fireplace a "tap" around, and caulked my outside brick (after I requested because they did NOTHING to the inside). They were not prepared at all. I provided most tools because theirs "might be in the van"? They had no problem taking $100 or suggesting I use them to convert to a ventless system. I am disappointed that they are my only option for fireplace work in Moore, as the experience was marginal at best.

After having not used it for nine years, he had to turn the gas on and checked for any issues. He went over how the fireplace worked, and added some tips for upkeep, and what I'd need to do if I had a blower added.

They cam late in the day and were very professional and friendly. They got my gas fireplace working with no unnecessary parts. They cleaned up after themselves.

They are so easy to work with. When I called them, they came by within a couple of days to install the gas logs.

Service technician was very professional. Service was performed as agreed.

I called out one day, and they were out the next day. It was great. He actually gave me an idea of how to make it more energy efficient.

I call for service Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Service man called 20 minute before he came on Tuesday mid-morning. Pilot would not stay on and remote control was not working. Service man cleaned out pilot vent and repaired problem with remote control receiver in fire place. He spent about half hour on repairs and told me the system is in good shape and needed no parts.
