Arnold's Plumbing is one I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Every tech that's come out to service our home has been exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, and displayed a level of integrity that has really given me confidence in trusting their service. This company has truly been a Godsend and a blessing. They first serviced our home when our water heater went out and fixed it within a day. I really appreciated their professionalism and quick, excellent work in the face of such an unexpected expense. Later, I had some pipes burst in my apartment, and Arnold's was my first call. They made time for me, came out to give me a quote, and began work same-day. The necessary repairs turned out to be much more extensive than initially realized (there was a problem with the electricity which is what blew the pipes). The tech honored his quote, although the repairs were likely worth at least a few (if not several) hundreds of dollars more. I really appreciated that he kept his word. We've called them out for a few other jobs, we've been impressed every time. Thank you guys...and the dispatcher! She's been great every time too!

Leak was found and repaired quickly and neatly. Long history of using Arnold's Plumbing for all types of plumbing needs...including install of gas fireplace logs. Always peace of mind knowing all jobs were done right.

It worked for what he did. It worked pretty good. When he was diagnosing the leak, I think the methods he used to find the leak were not the way he should have done it. That's what I thought after I talked to another plumbing friend of mine. That was another thing to do that. The service on the leak, I think he wanted $400 and something to fix it, which was crazy to me. I ended up getting it fixed for forty something dollars. With him flushing it, I think that was okay. He was right out on the job. He was punctual. Very professional.

Due to their honesty, they'll definitely be my first call the next time that I do need service.

Excellent. Dale is a professional. He's the type of professional you want coming to your house. He talks to you, not at you, and explains the steps, what is good and bad and he is honest. He's not a salesman. He gave me a quote for fixing the shower handle valve and that's what I paid, nothing more. I've had 3 prior experiences with plumbers in the OKC area and have not called any of them back. Dale is my plumber as long as I live here. He should be your plumber too.

He communicated with me in a timely fashion, let me know when he was on his way, was very courteous and professional. He explained what he found and what he did about it.

They got back a hold of me promptly and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and as far as I know I think he did a fairly thorough stack, the only thing I think his prices are a bit high cause I know some of the stuff I've done myself before and I know it's not that big a deal.

He gave me some recommendations which I don't know if they are true or not but I just have to assume that  he's probably correct.

Dale was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived exactly when he said he would and resolved my plumbing issues in their entirety. He charged me less than I was expecting. I saved his number in my phone and he will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

Dale came when he said he would and called as requested when he was 30 minutes from arriving so I could meet him.

Great. He installed a water heater that I had already purchased. His price was very reasonable and he was right on time.

It went well! He was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained the process, what he did, and I felt like I receieved good value for my money. I had another question as well, and he offered information and opinion on the problem and there was not any pressure from him to complete the work, or have it done "now". I appreciate tradesmen that deal in facts and are low pressure. If you are like me, Arnold is your plumber.

Tried the normal thing, when it didn't work, he dug in and found and solved the problem. Nice guy and will definitely call him again if the need arises.

I was very pleased with Dale Arnold's Angies list deal and his work. He told me beforehand how much more the installation upgrade and inspection would cost. He responded quickly to all communications, showed up on time and did a great job. I will definitely call him again. I recommend him highly!
